From Form to Ticket

Not every form is meant to land in someone's inbox. When it's a support request, bug report, or billing issue, it should go straight into your help desk; with priority, assignee, and context already filled in.
Formspree makes that seamless. You can map fields like subject, email, and file uploads directly into a ticket. Use routing rules to auto-assign by category ( "billing" goes to Finance, "bug" to Engineering, etc.) and tag them with the right priority. Once submitted, Formspree can even email the requester with the ticket ID to close the loop.
No forwarding, no copy-paste, no dropped handoffs. Just clean automation that connects your forms to the systems your team already uses.
